To become a Cyclepath there are a couple of options:
1) Register for the BikeMS in New Bern (link above) and fundraise the minimum $300 to participate.  We have members that ride with us in September only and welcome anyone wishing to take this path.
2) Ride with us on Saturdays (as many as you can) before the BikeMS event in New Bern + contribute $25 yearly dues + volunteer for SAG duty.
Doing (1) and/or (2) provides you with:
  • the opportunity to purchase a team kit (shorts and/or jersey, as supplies are available or we open the kit store)
  • a Selma Cyclepath sticker for your bike
  • the satisfaction of knowing you've joined a group of committed cyclists that work tirelessly to combat the effects of MS

We have a Team Account on Ride With GPS.  All are welcome to  join (for free).  Weekly ride notices will be shared by eMail where you can then RSVP for a particular event by clicking a link in that eMail.  Requests to join our eMail list can be sent to:
Selma.Cyclepaths@gmail.com.

As Treasurer ...
We have a voluntary dues policy - $20 per person.   Dues are primarily used for funding our spread during the MS150 event in New Bern (this includes, but not limited to, the tent, chairs, tables, cooling fan,  snacks and drinks).  Some funds will be used for our Ride With GPS Team Account where we post our routes and cue sheets online as well as maintaining this web site presence.  We encourage everyone riding with us during the season to contribute.  Additionally, it is a component of joining and becoming a Cyclepath.

If you wish pay dues, you may send a check for $20 (or any other amount) made payable to Ray Nickola, our treasurer, at the following address below.  Otherwise, Ray or Adrian will be glad to accept your contributions at any of our Saturday events.

Ray Nickola
615 Whitley Way
Wendell, NC  27591
(These are not tax deductible contributions)
